    Hoddle and Neville

On Sky now bemoaning Man Utd's demise.

Well demise for them means not qualifying for the Champions League but they both agree they need some new players but how hard it is to attract them, even to Old Trafford.

Which is true. And even more reason that nurturing your own youth is so important. And something that will never happen under Allardyce. Playing a left-sided midfielder at right back instead of giving Calum Driver, one of the few that did well at Forest, another chance.

He's given Morrison the chance and that's it. To then play a team of them together as cannon-fodder so he can boast I told you so sums the man up.

West Ham used to be famous for it's academy and there's still some good prospects. But Allardyce doesn't like kids. He sees them as the troublesome oiks throwing stones at his windows.

Whatever the future holds this problem must be addressed.
