neil doncasters statement is corrupt in itself, hes condoning cheating ffs, are you saying thats acceptable.

as for the rest, being allowed to queue jump into the league.being given the benefit of having a vote into the top tier when your club didnt pay its bills in 2011-12 and should have been automatically relegated as a result. the club not being punished despite being found GUILTY of breaking rules on player registration and knowingly doing it while brechin got thrown out of the scottish cup for an honest admin error. only the oldco about to be liquidated was punished, in other cases clubs get punished for the actions of those that run them but not rangers in this case.

you continue to ignore all these points and therefor are a fhud.

Rangers went into liquidation, hence the newco applying to get the oldco's licence. The newco then applied to enter into the SPL which was rightly turned down and they started life as a newco in the lowerst division.

Since then and even to this day the silence from the SPL/SPFL in relation to the newco has perpetuated the myth that they are the same Club, as Scots Law does not differentiate between Company and Club when it comes to Sporting institutions.

UEFA have went along with what they are being told by the SPL/SPFL and don't really get involved unless asked to by the Countries footballing authorities.

The most important fact is the rest of Scottish footbal know it's a new Club, and the state the Sevco fans get into over it on here confirms it

Souper alistair or fitever will be Beelin , apparently he is not long back from an Elvis concert in Vegas , everyone told him it was a tribute act, however he just waved them away with some "story" that it was Elvis :

there hasnt been a silence from the sfa, spl, sfl and spfl, they all explicitly state we are the same club

there is no scots law refering to club and company
