Apparently, if we go into admin, it will be recognised at the 2nd time we have been in admin. The first time was in Feb 2012.

the bottom line is history/ continuity thing after a liquidation event is not an issue in business and the law isn't that interested as long as it isn't the same directors that take over the new company.
Football on the other hand there is an emotional attachment and the things that are unimportant in normal business are huge in football.
The easiest thing for the football authorities to do is just say aye we accept after liquidation club and company magically split and we regard it as a continuation.
This debate will never be settled because it all about emotion. Rangers fans will forever say they are the same club while the rest will dig you for eternity that the club you followed failed to secure a CVA went in to liquidation and had to start again as a new club.
