I would say he listened to the coaches too much. Tried to pass when he had his first couple of games. Then turned into the ultimate hoofer.

West Ham set to release left-back just eight months after signing him







Reports in Romania suggest Razvan Rat is on his way out of Upton Park today.

West Ham United have snapped up Pablo Armero on a loan deal from Napoli - and he will add ***** cover to the full-back positions in which The Hammers have looked weak all season.

With Joey OaiiBrien out it also made great sense to bring in the talented Colombian.

But it also seems to have facilitated the exit of another player in the form of Razvan Rat.

The Romanian international striker chose West Ham ahead of interest from the likes of Marseille last summer - after deciding to end his long association with Ukrainian side Shakhtar Donetsk.

Now it is reported he will cancel his contract at the club and leave for nothing.

Suggestions in Romanian media have begun this rumour, and his agent Florin Manea has confirmed such a possibility:
