Confused about loan system.
Watching deadline day yesterday, I noticed that Palace had to make Jason Puncheon's loan deal into a permanent signing as you are only allowed 2 loan deals at any one time. We have way more than that (Johnson, Razak, Noccerino, Boriello & Armero). Can anyone explain what the ruling is on loans?

I think that Razak is a permanent deal but short term...
