Can I manage it?

Obviously not the whole of February because I had 's few' yesterday but I'm going to see if I can manage to abstain until 2nd March.

Main problems I can see are my Dad's birthday on 15th and every Thursday and Friday lunchtime when I usually go to the pub.

That's quite a big ask AP,
Maybe a better target would be one drinking day a week for example a Saturday.
As that would give you something to look forward to during the working week..

The problem is every day is a drinking day. Never get pushed but always have a bottle of wine with a meal, liquid lunch or whisky nightcap.
