    Non alcoholic beer

I drank one today and enjoyed it , nothing quenches the thirst like a beer and if you have to drive a non alcoholic one is a good decision!

It's a strange feeling though , tasted just like a real one and I felt like ordering another straight after it

I didn't realise they still made this. Billy Connolly advertised it years ago when he chucked the swally.

Every pub in scotland should sell it , much preferable to ordering a coke or orange juice , a nice pint of beer with no alcohol is just the ticket for those who have to drive or who have to stay sober for various reasons .

I think the reason the pubs don't have non-alcoholic beers to the exclusion of soft drinks is there used to be more profit in soft drinks.

I would have said a lemonade or something is more thirst quenching than a pint of lager.

I'd give non-alcoholic beer a swerve to be honest, dinnae see the point.

Isn't there a placebo situation with non-alcoholic beer? Especially if you're drinking it with people who are actually drinking alcohol?
