La Liga is carved up for the big two much in the same way as the SPL was for the Old Firm. Every now and again a diddie will make a fist of it but generally Real Madrid and Barcelona will win the league.

Not really like Scotland as in there is no collective television rights deal for clubs in Spain.

Instead, clubs negotiate their own deals with broadcasters, a situation that allows Barcelona and Real Madrid to earn vastly superior sums compared to the rest of the country...how good would that be for Celtic??

I wouldn't really call the likes of Atletico Madrid, Valencia, Malaga,Bilbao, Sevilla etc "diddy clubs"!!!!!!

Aye maybe so but they are all pretty well supported and have won cups including in Europe in the last decade... Atletico are in the last 16 of the CL where they will probably beat AC Milan...so in global fiba terms they are not diddy clubs like Aberdeen, Hibs Ross County etc.

The amount of diving in this game is mental.

Couple of red cards will get shown, no bother.
