    On the bright side

I'm pretty sure that useless c.unt Howard Webb won't be officiating at any more of our games this season.

He's at Chelski tomorrow. What's the betting he books someone for simulation?

Just checked with Paddy Power. Strange that the away team has shorter odds. Think I'll have Tiote at 20-1 to get a red card.

Man United just aren't the same side without Howard Webb.

Never liked him since the World Cup where he wanted to be bigger than the game. But against Swansea, he didn't have that bad a game IMO. It's just that he isn't man enough to say that in hindsight perhaps it should have been a yellow. And a definite yellow for the cheat who went down like a bag of ****e.

i think he modeled himself on Colina who always wanted to be centre stage. Same slap head inferiority complex maybe to blame

I'm giving Webb some partial defence here.

Up until that point he had a good game. The Bony penalty incident could have gone against us, let's be honest. It was far more of a penalty than the one the previous week where Danny Rose was sent off which was correctly rescinded. Tomkins got the slightest touch on the ball and it was an excellent decision. Had it gone against us we would almost certainly have lost. At the moment the three points we gained are more important than losing Carroll for three games. It's not as if we're down to 10 men for those games.

He saw the Carroll incident as a red card and I maintain, it was harsh

Replace "couldn't do anything" with "chose not to do anything" and I pretty much agree with what you've said.
