    Grilled chicken in black bean sauce
    Fried Rice
    Noodles

    Maybe a beer or two, depending on whether I can be ersed walking to the offies.

    Im coked a nice bit of pork , gonnae huv thar wae baby tatties , Cauliflower and Gravy .


    Ive got Big Al ribs as he can eat the bones and Sellick were beat .


    Big Al always gets a treat when the Yahoos get beat .

    Slow roast pork, ready in a bit over an hour. Think I'll do some croquettes, green beans and the veg the roast was done in.

    I'll hud some back for sandwiches the morn - in bbq type sauce sorta thing.
