rangers wont need to spend a lot on player to win the div 3, div 2 and div 1 title but will still have the season ticket money, which they could bank for when they get into the spl, celtic on the otherhand will be spending more on players in the spl and will need the cl money or they will find themselves with less money banked than rangers by the time rangers get back to the spl.
i nearly pyshed myself laughing at that.
