The answer is no, but I am interested in it, for medicinal purposes . Is it a good experience? It sounds very spiritual , not sure if it would be wise for me to indulge though as I am very careful about what I eat and drink , I and like to keep myself fit and healthy . Would it affect my training regime to peek through the k-hole?
