Chick is a buffoon. I don't know one football fan that thinks he enhances football coverage in any way whatsoever, the man is out of touch, he's not articulate and is an utter embarrassment to sports broadcasting.

But Chick is Chick, you'll never change him. It's who allows him to be on the radio that I'd question.

Picture this:

A BBC executive walks into the office of the Programme Controller of Radio Scotland and tells him that Chick's continued presence on Sportsound is ridiculous, the listeners don't like him, nobody respects him, nobody finds him insightful nor can tell what he brings to the table.
