    Lennon- 'Just A League Title'

Interesting words from our 'Gallant Leader' Neil Lennon where he describes winning and settling for 'just' a league title and going out of the domestic cups as 'disappointing'.

We have only conceded 14 goals this season, added Lennon. We maybe can create a record there. Obviously we can try and get over 100 points. But it is just trying to keep a winning run going between now and the end of the season. But we will freshen things up.

Got a feeling that the Champions League Qualifiers will be even more difficult this season and that things wont be quite as easy in the SPFL next season...interesting challenges ahead and having sold nearly all our best players in one season ie Hooper, Wanyama, Wilsom & Ledley he definitely need to "freshen things up" in the summer.

Celtic are likely to lose Forster, Van Dijk, Samaras and maybe even Ambrose this summer so a big re-building process required if we are not to stagnate on the pitch and miss out on CL Football.

    A right healthy Balance Sheet

I had H1b5 1 Dundee Utd 3 last night, correct score.

And I've just read Utd missed two pens.

Good stuff AJ...Did you take the bookies for a few bob?

Hibernian are absolutely dire at the moment.

I only won 38 quid, Pogue. 2 pound on it at 18s but it gets me out for a few pints on Sunday to watch the League Cup Final. That basturt Rab Thornton done me for a few quid at the darts on Thursday night. I had all the Scotsmen to win and he only drew.

Any win fae the bookies is a good win AJ.

Ma old granddad used to say "the bookie always drives a better motor than the punters."

You reckon Sunderland will beat Man City?

Nae real interest in darts maself but watched Woods playing 'military golf' last night in Florida...he was shocking but his short game/putting was feckin brilliant...Rory looking good at the top of the leader-board.

If Sunderland can keep them quiet for the first half hour then you never know. Would love to see them do it. Massive club who have proper loyal fans who deserve a trophy. As for Woods, I hope he never beats Nicklaus' 18 Majors record. I also didn't realise until I read that book that Nicklaus was 2nd in 19 majors. Unbelievable.

Aye would be great to see Sunderland win the cup on sunday if for their fans alone.

Woods is 4 short of Nicklaus's record and I doubt he will win another major but could be proved wrong...the fear factor of Woods has long gone with the other players on tour which is a good thing.

Aye Nicklaus was up against some great player in that era like Palmer, Player, Trevino, Watson & laterally Sevvy etc and he had some record in the majors.

He's scraping the bottom of the barrel to salvage something form a train wreck of a season.

His coach said when Gary Woodland and Bubba Watson appeared on the scene and started hitting it 350 yards Tiger felt a bit left out. He went from being one of the longest on tour to just being average length in the space of a few years. He also refused to change to the larger club head that everybody else on tour was using out of stubbornnes and it was fellow pros that told him he had to change or he'd get left behind in length.

I followed 'Bubba' for a few holes in the practice round of the Ryder Cup at Celtic Manor and to see him close up hit a drive is unbelievable...unlike most tour pros he shapes nearly every shot...the Yanks were shouting "mashed potato Bubba" every time he hit a shot!
