Alan Myers - A couple of questions for you?

As the new head of communications can I ask the following couple of questions?

We currently have no recognised cover for our two injured centre halves.

We go into last Saturdays game at Bolton being told we hope that both Hanley and Cairney will be fit by the local press. In the end neither are played so we put out a botched up side with several players playing out of position against one of our main local rivals.

We make noises for the last three weeks about getting additional resource in for central defence but nothing happens. Rumours in the press about Michael Keane from Man Utd last Friday come to nothing when we must have known the risk regarding Hanley.

Result is we do not turn up at Bolton and end up getting a right pasting. Another of the list of no shows following Brighton, Forest, Leicester etc is delivered to nearly 3k fans who paid through the nose for the experience.

We come out the game with Kilgallon now injured so no recognised centre half available for next week

Champs it is not aimed at Bowyer as I suspect he has had the rug pulled from under him from above.

What's the point? You aint going up, you aint going down, you need to get used to the idea that you no longer have the money to throw around when it is unnecessary.
