So on the way to Fratton Park on Saturday I popped into St Mary's to have the dreaded shirt imprinted. They were extremely good sports in putting what I wanted on there. See link for the photo's
By the way, publicity is not all it's cracked up to be. Pompey printed a bit about me in the programme on Saturday and as you may know I had an article in the Daily Echo aimed at the Saints side of things a few weeks back.
Net resulting contributions - A?0. I can't really complain as I'm just some herbert none of these people know. Still, it's a tad disappointing.
Now from this and the Fratton Faithful forum I have had some very generous people donate and I'm very grateful. Just goes to show I suppose.
Link is this - Can't add as I don't have enough posts here: http://www.flickr.com/photos/119945123@N04/sets/72157642146482915/

Well guys, only 3 and bit days to go. As ready as I'll ever be.
Good news is, with other contributions, I've hit my fund raising target. Thanks to all.
Justgiving page now has a picture of me with the Saints Shirt outside St Marys.
I'll be on Radio Solent at around 7.50 on Friday morning if anyone is listening.
I hope yesterday went well teef? I saw some of it on TV and the atmosphere looked as good as it normally is.
In addition, it must've made a pleasant change wearing a Saints shirt as opposed to your usual blue attire which I'm guessing attracts only chimping and booing from the masses? I'm guessing you enjoyed being cheered along for once?
Anyway, fair play if you finished![]()

It's a shame a Pompey fans good intentions are the subject of silly digs. Sometimes a pat on the back would be much nicer.Originally Posted by chief_wiggam
Well done Teef. Do you get to keep the shirt?
You should have it signed by all the Saints/Pompey squads and sell it towards your cause.
