    Leyton Orient v Brentford

They play on Saturday. What would be the best result for us?

I think a Leyton Orient victory. Leaves us 9 pts behind them with a game in hand (assuming we beat Walsall).

    Thoughts?

I think this is a close call but I'm going for a Leyton Orient win as best for us on the basis of games (and home games) played. If Brentford fall away and we could get to 3rd with half-a-dozen games to go one of the top two could start to wobble.

When two rivals play each other the best result is always a draw because both drop 2 points each. 1 point has gone to waste.

Unless of course it's the final game of season and we need one of them to gain 0 points.

Draw would be ideal with a mass brawl to boot and several sendings off.

There is other massive games in Lge 1 this weekend. MK Dons play Peterborough (7th v 6th) and Preston host the Blades (4th v late play off challengers) If we can take care of our own business at least 3 of our rivals will drop points.

Well, I'm in a minority of one but I'll back my own judgement. We need one of the top 3 to collapse so hopefully we can exert pressure on the remaining 2. A draw won't do it. I take comfort from the fact that the experts on here confidently predicted Orient would be a flash in the pan when someone (can't remember who it was)suggested they were a bargain handicap bet at +22.
