    instead of waiting for the losing team{them} to make use of subs ,why not do it first.
    make them have the headache.

    Good point. He said post match we could not keep up our first half momentum. But instead of freshening it up we just capitulate. OK, they scored 2 freak goals but Southend deserved at least a point. They came out early for the second half and were clearly fired up whereas we went to sleep yet again.
    Imagine the scenario of us conceding a late equaliser in a play-off semi or the final and going into extra time. There would be only one winner.

    I agree but I don't put all the blame on Wilcox. I think this group are simply not mentally strong enough to sustain pressure and still carry on playing football. Yet again last night we saw all the signs of players not having sufficient faith in their own ability and thus taking the cowards way out with the big hoof.
