I remember during Thatchers time the right wing red tops portrayed him to be a lunatic, unfit to be part of any government.
He may have been idealistic and not sure his politics were workable but always great to listen to.

At one time TB was gonny stand for election in Livi my parents were involved in the local party ( both ex District and County Councilors ) so it wasny unusal to see and meet some faces
