    It's been a long week

    Spent the week reflecting on the reasons behind my ban. I have thought long and hard about what I did wrong and I can assure everyone it will never happen again. I have been working hard and also eating well . No bread for most of the week and I've only eaten when it was essential . I have been training hard and I am feeling very fit and doing really well . Thanks for all the support guys

    I was , for posting a quote from the daily record about Craig Thompson signing for rangers , forgot to specify which rangers he signed for , and eascoastscot got upset.
