Would you buy a football club...

Notts are sitting at the bottom of League One and some fans are getting hostile and shouting for Ray Trew to sell the club and clear off(to put it mildly)...

He has been at Notts for around four(4)years and invested twelve million(12,ooo,ooo)of his own money to pay off our debts and to get us out of the **** and all he gets is people calling for his head...

The trouble with Notts is that they are too close to Forest who are in the top six(6)of the Championship and are considered by the younger folk to be a more glamourous club, our attences are now around the four thousand(4000)mark and Notts must be losing money every week and if we get relegated at the end of the season we will more than likely struggle in League Two(stop sniggering at the back)...

I cant see Ray Trew getting his money back should he decide to sell so he is stuck with us,so that brings me to the point...

Would you buy a football club that wasn't the one the you supported?...

Yer club's supported by tools Chalky. I'd buy it (if I had the cash). Then build a big **** off supermarket on it, and employ Tazzy to run the gaff. Within weeks a desolate husk of a building would remain where you once watched your 'hero', Lee Hughes.

The rest of the footballing world will thank me.

Think it would be a laugh to own a 4th division club, like Murphy's Mob. Except for the money of course

My only Morton is being run very well at the moment so I cant spend any have my A?108 million there..

I'd look to buy a club thats got a fairly good reputation both on and off of the park. Say Ayr Utd or Southend.

You need proper businessmen, preferably with a bit of football nous, to buy and run a football club, fans with good intentions and a bit of cash are not the answer as we are finding out at Pompey.
