    O/T FAO Evewolf

Cheers mate, I have in fact made a remarkable recovery considering. I am back on office duties, just take one pain killer at night before I go to bed. Still got a couple of twinges in one rib and the base of my spine but that is it. Going back to the docs in one week and I expect[and hope] that he will OK me for full duties. Site work that is.

Have lost 14lbs in weight [am now 160lb] since the accident! Mainly because I haven't been drinking. Just got to try to regulate my intake now to keep it down.

Thanks again foer asking old son. :-)

Cool as Mate just glad to hear you're fully on the mend and have kept your great sense of humour.
