It's just not the same when Rangers are not there

Only 7.5k at Firhill tonight for the Championship Party.

Plenty of empty spaces up for grabs, but not many takers.

An away game, but only a A?1.40 bus fare from central Glasgow.

And still the most loyal fans in the world couldn't be bothered.

Never mind, they'll get a big turn out on Saturday to cheer their all conquering heroes.

    Maybe as many as 30,000

re: It's just not the same when Rangers are not there

Celtic sections all sold out, Celtic fans even had a wee area of the main stand turned over at the last minute while other wee pockets were dotted around other Thistle areas. Good turnout of about 4,500 to 5,000 Celtic fans in a ground that holds about 10,800, maybe ye should ask where the Jags fans who filled their whole stadium when they were promoted last season, went tae ? I do agree "It's just not the same when Rangers are not there", so much better, glad they died TBH, no more than they deserved.

I only travel around Glasgow using private hire cars and it's a lot more than one-forty, I can assure you!

Anyway, does this radge really think Celtic fans all live in the city center?

Most of then probably need to get a bus into the city center, THEN get ANOTHER bus from the city center to furryhill.

How much do think that costs??

I think Celtic do miss the former rangers.

The other 11 clubs do not.

Even though the now defunct club used to carry quite a big support; the whole set up feels much better now and the general average crowds in the other games are up.

    That's two busses, as well.

When you add in the fact that some fans probably need to get a bus to the city center first, that make three busses.

I'm exhausted just thinking about it.
