Messageboard performance update.

Hi guys,

The tech team were supposed to do a "pruning" of all footy-mad messageboards early this morning so that the boards would speed up to acceptbale levels. However, some troubles were encountered and the boards had to be rolled back and footy-mad are looking at "increasing resources to solve the problem."

I know that the site has been painfully slow recently but it seems to be OK at the moment. Hopefully the powers-that-be will have a permanent solution shortly.

Interesting that I've just logged on but according to the "who's Online" thing at the bottom it's saying 62 mins!

Had the same issue, it tells me I have been on 60 mins even though all I have done is write this message !!!

Likewise, that was the fastest 72 mins in my life.
