Been on the wagon for 3 weeks now and feel all the better for it - although it's my 50th birthday at the end of May and the annual fitba' tournament in Prague a week later...

I had 10 days off it, felt great and went out after work yesterday as not working today. Sitting with a hangover wishing I felt like I did yesterday. :/

It used to be a three day cycle.

    Day One: I feel good
Day Two: I feel great, lets go to the pub.
Day Three: I feel like shiit.

Day one: I feel good, let's go to the pub
Day two: I feel like sh1t
Day three: I still feel like sh1t
Day four : I feel a bit better
Day five : I feel good, let's go to the pub
    And so on...

Have a Dioralyte, a Berroca and two co codamols. Take a shower, then have a bacon roll and a cup of tea. After that get some fresh air
You should feel a bit better. If you don't go to the pub and drink lots of lager, that works

The berocha is good for the hangovers. Replaces the lost vitamins. Plenty water too.

Been drinking plenty of water...feeling ok now, meeting a mate in town for Round 2 at 1730. Gonna have a booze free one next weekend so might just go on a bender this one.

I have an issue with pancake rolls in that they go soggy if you put them in the microwave the next day .
