He avoids it as much as he can. He's also a huge Tim like yourself and gets up to Celtic Park as much as he can as he has a season ticket. He also only missed one away game in Europe this season
My missus mate lives between Burnley and Blackburn and she says that these two cities are just like what you have described Leicester and Luton
Edit to say I had to visit Peterborough and that was the same

burnely & blackburn are indeed horrible ...as is bolton , however all 3 have lovely outskirts ...plus most be citys ( IMP ) are pretty much the same
