    Celtic Fans Only -- Neil.

What do you really think about Neil Lennon as manager?

I think he's very mediocre in strategy and tactics, Probably, a C minus.

On the plus side, he's passionate about the club and the game, and I'm sure he creates team spirit which leads to an esprit d'cor that contributes to Celtic's success on the field.

The other big plus is that, partly because of his passion, he'll happily stay at Celtic, unless a better opportunity comes up. But, because of his C- tactical and strategic skills, he's unlikely to get a better offer.

All in all, I'd rather keep him than risk what a different, unknown manager will bring, which, at a minimum, would create some unstability for a while.

Maybe Neil will get better at the tactical and strategic side of his job...

you should possibly post this on a Cellic only fans site, sambo.

He's a cant of the highest order. Luckiest cant going that he can outspend by a factor of 10 his nearest 'rivals' in the league and try and pretend that he wants to tes thimslef down south. My erse. He will stay here playing the victim card any time anything goes wrong safe in the knowledge that he can fool the cellic minded morons.

Celtic's funds are raised through fair and lawful means, which means we're not spending anything we didn't earn, unlike some other clubs we all know.

Given that, if Celtic can raise money, there's no reason other Premiership teams can't.

They just need to get on their bikes and show a bit of gumption rather than expecting hand-outs from Scotland's most successful club.

You're wasted on here sambo. A Chief Executive job at some club awaits surely?

Either that or your just_joe persona opens up a gay bath and sauna enterprise..

Handouts? They didn't fill their allocation for Pittodrie at the last league game, 1000 empty seats in

Actually I think Celtic want rid of Lennon. And Lennon wants to go. They know he's not up to it, but can't bring themselves to admit it. And he's completely unsackable.

At every turn they are talking him up for a job in England. Any decent sized team, they're talking his book for the job. Even for teams who still have managers in place (Norwich).

Their mhedaia are got talk-Neil-into-a-job fully engaged. Normally a paper trying to unsettle a Celtic player or manager would be in the naughty step beside Keevins.

lenny has a mixed euro record, a decent league return in terms of percentage of points(even allowing for rangers absence) but a terrible cup record.

i would give him one more year, if the cup record dont improve then he should go.
