Could someone explain this Bayern formation to me?? I'm struggling to work it out.

Kros looks to be a holding midfielder playing on the left allowing either Alaba to get up the flank from full back or Ribery to come wide from his attacking midfield role. I think Schweinsteiger is playing a holding midfield role on the right allowing Rafinha to get up the flank or Robben to go out wide...
