    Clocks, Body Clock, Late Nights

I made the mistake of having a blow out thurs, fri and sat...drinking and late nights...then the clocks went forward.

A bad combination, my body clock is f**ked, just feel like staying up really late now.

Start setting your alarm for right early in the morning.

I know mate, tried that this morning, set for 0730 but barely got any sleep so had to roll over for another couple of hours.

That sounds rough mate. You'll be ready for a full nights sleep when you get the chance...if you get the chance!!

Aye it's tough, mate, but try and get up and go for a walk in the fresh air, just have something to keep you occupied so you keep going through the day.
