I can't think of any potential British owners wealthy enough so I would imagine a Russian, Arab or Chinese benefactor is almost a certainty.

We'll have the Chuckle Brothers for a while. Then who knows ?
At the moment the Egyptian t1t who owns Dull is trying to change their to 'Tigers'. "If it's rejected I'll walk away" he said "No question about it. Have I ever gone back on anything I've said ?".
Well it was rejected Mr.Allam and you're still there. Presumably because you may be in a cup final and you'd lose a lot of money if you threw your toys out of the cupboard.
What an absolute @rse.
Then there's Vincent Tan. The latest episode sees him accusing his old employee Ian Moody, a man he sacked and now working for Palace, of obtaining ***** team information prior to their 3-0 win last Saturday. A practice that's acknowledged anyway. He's complained to the Premier League.
Presumably Mr.Moody also knew that the Cardiff defence would go awol three times.
It should give Richard Scudamore a good laugh over his morning coffee today.
So what can we expect in 2018 ? A mad Saudi who wants Screaming Lord Sutch as manager ?

I think Frank Lowy (Westfield) will take an interest
Agree with the Bonzmeister. To be an effective owner today, and by effective I mean able to make a real difference to a club's standing in football's hierarchy, a very significant wedge is a requirement.
When we are taken over I hope it is by an Abramovich type. Someone who has a genuine interest in his new toy and wants to be the kid on the block with the BEST toy.
What we don't need is a Vincent Tan figure. A guy who clearly knows FA about the game and whose only apparent interest is to build his own profile in the Middle East.
Abramovich has made genuine investments into Chelsea's academy, as have the Sheikhs at Man City. Vincent Tan has changed the club's shirt colours. See the difference?
How about Micky Arison the owner of the Miami Heat and Carnival Cruise Lines.
He certainly likes a winning team.
