Anyone got a programe to rid my computer pop ups

Over the last two days all i get is fv kin popups when i go on the computer

How can I eradicate them

I'm using Google Chrome and I've noticed pop-ups getting worse recently. I've got an Ad Blocker but it doesn't seem to be working.

Disabling pop-ups is doable in the Settings, that and disabling javascript when on here.

Dont know what the he ll I done got Google Chrome different tool bar and no pop ups

No complaining even though I lost spell check and my favs trial and error has been productive so far
