    El Classico

    2-1 Madrid.
Bale scores again from inside his own half.

A good job for Tottenham that they invested that money so wisely X-D

It certainly was a pretty tasty goal.

Reminiscent of Matty Taylor down that left hand side.

    Or not.

Yes great goal. Barca have really fallen behind. Real win without Ronaldo. Barca will have a new manager at the end of this campaign.

Technically incorrect. Apparently 'EL Classico' is the term used for league games only, a Spanish colleague has told me.

Great game though and couldn't Spuds do with Bale right now ?

But Barcelona are on the slide. Their tippy-tap style has been worked out and once Martinez, the manager, returns to Argentina in the summer, they will probably have to go for a man with a more robust and direct style.

I might know just the man. He always said he was good enough.

So he bloody well should. Short assed little sod. Absolutely no chance whatsoever of getting his head on the end of one of Taylor's crosses or the subtle through balls of James Collins.

And that bloody Iniesta can close the door on his way out too.
