He never stood a chance from the off. Chosen by Fergie, the man stood watching over his every move. Moyes was good for Everton, but won no trophies there. The players do indeed have to take a good look at themselves but familiarity on the training pitch has been taken away, ie the likes of Mike Phelan leaving the club when Moyes took over.
