I know what you mean, the process can be very confusing. It required a bit of detective work on my part as there was no correspondence from Ed or indeed the bosses down at Footymad. I thought long and hard about texting Chaz to see if he could help but decided to check one of the threads I posted on on monday and check if the yellow card symbol was against my.
