The Lottery of Buying a Home Leg Playoff Ticket

Website fell over after 20 minutes and is now "having maintenance done".

Telephone line jammed "Thank you for waiting...you are in a short queue"...ad infinitum.

Still, we have plenty of time to buy one but can't help feeling the Club should have the infrastructure sorted by now.

I've been in a queue for over an hour now, apparently I'm number 467!

At 10p a minute that's some addition to a bill.I have just about given up on trying either the phone or ordering online.I'll just get there early on Saturday and hope.
It's not that easy when you live almost an hours drive away. They really should have got on top of the problems by now.

Maybe it's time that DCFC upgrade their dial up internet connection to Broadband!

If it's any consolation lads the computer system at the ticket office broke down and that caused a massive queue lasting nearly 2 hours! Already!

Got my tickets but god help us if we need playoff final tickets! :/

Got onto the website at 12:00 but got the wheel of death for 17 minutes after inputting my login details. Tried the phone and then amazingly got through on the phone after 2 minutes and spoke to a chap...who put me on hold...then asked to repeat my customer number. Then asked if I was a current season ticket holder. When I confirmed, he took my phone number and asked if he could phone me back as the "system is having a problem" . I await his call.
