O/T Sparky or Plumber Wantng A Change?

Some of you will know that I have been elected onto the council of Bujaleuf. One of the committees that I am on is Artisan and Commerse.

We are looking at installing a fully quallified sparky or a plumber here in the town. They will have preference to quote for all the work for the council as well as the hospital. We will help with publicity and there are grants available for a candidate who arrives from outside if the area. There is a house with a workshop available for hire (500 euros pcm) with a view to a future sale. This sale will be with conditions but you wouldn't need a mortgage because it will be a hire/purchase.
