What's it all about??? seriously. Is it like a drum roll before opening, is it to highlight some kind of superior post or is it just to fore warn the reader so they don't get a shock when they open it???

I'm not gonna lie it was a tough time for me and the family. Would never have thought a fellow poster would've put us through that. Ed kindly offered to pay for the counselling I received afterwards and I have to say it helped a great deal.
My counsellor said the only way to truly get over this would be to get him to write a letter of apology to me or to go to Edinburgh and bum him.
Still haven't got a letter yet...
