    Still amazing to see. Back from the depths, really, since we wouldn't have made up the three point gap the next week...and you don't even want to imagine how a play-off with Airdrie would have gone, even if Hibs cruised it in the end.

    You look at some of the player's we had in that team and wonder how we were in relegation trouble in the first place.

    Coyle arrived only in January and I think Coyne was injured quite a bit...from memory we just didn't score goals.

    The one and only time I've put monies into that mob's coffers was when I went to that game. Just had to be done.

    There are other factors of course, but it's probably fair to say the overall standard of football in the Premier League back then was just higher.
