    Oat Bran

    Anyone eat this???

I'm trying to have it for breakfast most mornings, obviously it's useless if you've got a hangover but I prefer it to thicker porridge when it comes to eating a bit healthier. Good for the cholesterol apparently.

That's true, I can eat for subsistence through the week though as long as I know I'll have a few tasty treats at the weekend.

No mate, wouldn't really eat between meals but I'd have no problem having a big fry up brunch, some chocolate and crisps with a cup of tea, plenty of beer then a take away for a late dinner of a saturday and/or sunday.

I cannae eat breakfast, I'd feel sick if I had something before I got into work.

Having something that probably tastes like cardboard first thing in the morning is no my idea of fun. Have a glass of orange juice if you're a fat c*nt.

If I've got an early start I won't bother either, just I start at 11 or 12 a lot of morning so have plenty of time to start the day with a bit of fuel to get the metabolism going.
