Thread: Well that was an absolute breeze

Well that was an absolute breeze

I fancied going to Preston but on my way to work this morning, I saw the queue outside NYS and thought I have no chance of a ticket. So I didn't bother.

I logged on at mid day and read about the on-line difficulties. I thought, I have no chance of buying an on line ticket.Too much traffic on the internet. So i didn't bother.

Went past at 4pm and there was nobody queuing at all. I thought, I will go to the shop to check knowing they must have sold out.

To my astonishment I strolled up to the counter and was told there was over 600 left.

So whether you were outside NYS at midnight last night or up at the crack of dawn or fuming away at the keyboard it will probably not comfort you at all to know that my purchase today was an absolute doddle.

Was there about the same time myself, renewed
my season ticket and got my home tickets for the play offs, piece of pish.
Not many left in the north stand at all, had to sit on the NE side seats as they had let my seats go!! Must pay attention to detail in future as I assumed I had while tomorrow to claim them.
