Thread: Millers and The Star

    Millers and The Star

Hopefully three games to go before I officially take over from the legend, Sir Les Payne, as The Star's Millers writer. I'm a home and away Miller anyway, but promise my love of the club will never cloud my judgement on what I write. I'll tell it as I see it. I'll break news on Twitter so please follow me @paulm_davis and there will be daily stories, interviews, match reports, analysis etc in The Star. Any (sensible!) questions you want putting to Steve Evans and the club, just tweet me and I'll ask them on your behalf. I'll have regular access to the great man and players. Can't wait to start, but it's been a privilege for me, my missus and two boys to be part of the marvellous Millers travelling army and I'll miss being among you all. Proud to be one of you and will admire you from afar in the press box. UTM.

All the best to Les aswell in his retirement, not seen him for a long time.

Best of luck Paul, it will be a hard act for you to follow but Les deserves to chuckle away into the distance!

    Good luck.

Remember to write it as YOU see it - not how you think people will want you to write it.

P.s Can you write that Arnason is god?

3 MOTM 10 out of 10's from here on in, plus 3 hat-tricks to guarantee us promotion and we can probably just about say he's had a good season

Cheers Jack. Nice use of the word, 'chuckle'. Les's all-time favourite. We've actually banned him from using it but he still sneaks the odd one through. He always looks forward to mentioning the Chuckle Brothers so we can't edit it out!
