Hard to fathom what he could be doing wrong. He'd done such a good job for ICT even if it was early doors before the league had settled down.
Admittedly Hibs is a bigger club than ICT with more pressure but for a guy that captained England and managed down there it shouldn't be too big a gig for him.
The abject form of Hibs, particularly post-split goes down as probably the biggest surprise of this season in the SPFL for me.
