yh he had a good game. I was chuckling when that little dude squared up to himi cant imaging him doing that away from the footy pitch. Wisdom would have him for breakfast.

Lee Grant probably rightly awarded man of the match but for me Andre Wisdom was outstanding tonight. For me he has the potential to go to the very top and looked to be capable of raising his performance level if needed by another 59%.

Very precise Luckless. He had an outstanding game and I reckon he could improve as much as maybe 63% myself. Russell also excellent but midfield rather anonymous overall. Maybe bring Will back for Sunday?Originally Posted by Luckless
Not their fault if we hoof the ball over them???
Grant showed class tonight as indeed he has most of the season, cant believe those who were calling him earlier on this year, that guy has won us many points!!!
Re: Wisdom Thought he looked a little too relaxed initially, but after a bit of a scare he did up his game and played very well.Originally Posted by Luckless
He's had a good season, though I think the last 6-8 weeks he has taken his foot off the gas a bit.
Should have a Prem future - will it be with us? Hope so

I'd happily take him if we go up and I think we'd have a good chance. Certainly not Champions League quality which is what Liverpool now need so may be willing to let him go.
I think he'd be better a league higher too. It's obvious he feels that's where he should be and it seems he's too casual at times for us. He knows he'd have to be on top of his game all the

2nd half in particular wisdom was a rock. you could see the confidence in his play which made all the difference. great stuff.
Keogh deserves a mention for that first 20 minutes alone. if not for him we could of been a couple down.
I was impressed with Wisdom last night.
In terms of his poise and physicality he reminds of a Southampton player from the 90s, Ulrich Van Gobbel. Anyone remember him?
There was a point last night that Wisdom gave away a fk near the touchline and he just starred directly into the camera as if to say wtf! Had me in stitches.
OK, so I only watched the game on Sky but I do see him live at every home game and half a dozen away games but I really don't rate Wisdom as highly as some others seem to. IN MY OPINION, he gets caught with the ball way too often and is always looking to play the ball backwards or at best sideways.
