According to the post match analysis there was a disagreement on the pitch about who should take the penalty - Martin obviously won the argument and the rest is history, but who was the disagreement with?
I can't remember it being shown, it might have been because they were showing replays of the incident or I might have been doing an MC Hammer style celebratory jig and missed it!![]()

It was a good penalty, Martin is the leading goalscorer and in top form, he should be taking them.
The thought of Fletch doing the mc hammer thing is disturbing, and I don't even know what he looks like!
Had you the orange or gold baggie pants on Fletch ?? :-)Originally Posted by Fletch_11

Your right Eddy. We should have had three penalties for that tackle !
I'm still debating with my mate on Forsyth's pass just before - Did he actually mean it.
I'm convinced he's looking to knock it around the defender but somehow his foot knocks it inside and he goes for the second ball.
I'll give him the benefit and say it was a great bit of skill.
Good Morning
Gangway D from the terrace
What a night!
Got back at 5am this morning. Great to meet Angry and Angry Jnr. & Eranio.
The tackle for the pen was a shocker and indeed should have attracted a yellow at least.
I don't know about any discussion over who should take but clearly CM is the man to take them. Superb penalty.![]()

or trying to get out of that ****ing car park that cost 15 quid! yes 1 5 - 15. took us literally over an hour to get out of the car park. got back around 2.30am which included some serious breaking of the speed limit (in the 20% of the journey which wasn't covered by speed cameras!!)
horrible journey there and back, good job we won b)

Only 1 beer post-match Eranio. Then joined the longest ever queue which took 45-mins. Enjoyed the Derby fan chants to the Brighton fans whilst the queue was waiting. Got the 4th or 5th train back to Lewes {pronounced Lewis and there was I think a bad omen parking in "Lose"}. Journey to car park. 2 hour sleep in the car, then burned rubber back to Nottingham. Really memorable game and what a ****ing brilliant noise created by the Derby fa
