    couldnt believe my eyes

The final home game of an historic season for wigan. The team has sweated blood and tears and broken bones for us yet the majority of fans couldnt be ****d to stay to thank those men who have given us so much this season and in some cases throughout there careers. The lap of honour was made a joke by the fans. I still cant believe how many fans left. I was there until the final person left the pitch. Some of those boys wont wear our colours again and after that show of support wont be to bothered.

Well there are a lot of exiled wiganers who travel a long way to the home games, I'm one I would love to have stayed at the end to say thanks to the boys, but has my friends who sit around me have through out the season said five minutes to go, Go will you, why two reasons (1) lattics usually scored when I walked out, (2) I get away before the end it saves me 20 mins! On a 2 hr journey home, so please consider the exiles who have a long way to go. When you make that comment.
By the way I will be there at Loftus Rd as I have been through Europa and FA cup run

I have always stayed for the lap of honour every year, this year i didn't nor did the guy sat next to me, he was on nights so had to leave to get to work - i took the option not to stay and left at the final whistle even though it was a friday night some people had to get up for work on Saturday morning if i get a good run after a night match i will be home at about half midnight if not it could be 1 am that's without staying for an extra 30 minutes or so.

i would have stayed if they would have announced at the beginning off the game or even at half time that the players where going to come back on but, i was already underneath by the time they announced it possibly like most over fans, it was poor organisation by the club

wasnt this done at the Blackpool home game ?
thats when we should have had the parade...
there was 16,000 home fans on and was the last official league game..
Maybe the club ****ed it up..
i for one was in no mood to clap the players off after the QPR game...
