    I only caught the last half an hour, Germany had a bit of possession but we were doing well on the break. Well done to the youngsters.

    Even when celtic were one of Europe's top club teams,jock stein gave his young players a chance.

    King Kenny,danny macgrain,lou macari,george connoly,davie hay all came through our system at the same time.

    It seems Scottish teams are getting back to our roots,thats when our teams really were good.

    Well done to the young scots today,beating Germany at any age group is a great feat.

    Anyway exactly half of Aberdeen's 1st team squad has come through the youth system, not a bad ratio.

    excellent to see some decent young loons play for the country, must be great for the parents over there cheering them on.


    I mind some cracking games at Aberdeen a good few years back.
