We need to sort our bouncing out though... Been disappointed on this front with the lack of bounce...
Two best at doing that... Rangers of course and Sheff Weds nailed it as well.
Nick, please get on this asap.. Perhaps a bouncing SOP should be distributed?

Perhaps a youtube instructional video?
How about some group lessons. A bit like aerobics but without the lycra.
People can get a badge and a little certificate for attending.

My missus used to do Zumba (whatever that is) classes.. She paid a fourtune each week I know that.
