    Scone

Is this the bar you recommend I watch the England game in when I go to Benidorm?

[b]I had a nice little break in Spain last week, with my elderly parents and my wife, I was happy to find a Man Utd theme bar there, and persuaded everyone that they wanted to watch the United v Chelsea game, I was a little disapointed when the prematch buildup consisted of Emmerdale and then Coronation St, but when the game came on, myself and my wife were in good song, and even managed to get my mum and dad to join in a few of the easier (and tamer) songs. We soon realised that except for 3 top Salford lads, we were going to be the only vocal people in there, but I have grown used to that by spending half of the season in T3 at OT!

The difference is, AJ, Scone has vouched for you. I imagine you'll be treated like a God over there, never mind running into any significant problems.

That's true. I have no worries at all about walking into a bar full of England fans knowing that Scone has vouched for me.

    Aye thats the bar

But that review is years old , and its a load of pish , for starters he mention the Landlord Dave Morris , he sold up ages ago , and hes a good guy , sorted out all our coaches for the Spain v Scotland game in Alicante .

Its now owned by a Scottish couple , Brian and Lesley fae Fife .

It will be full of English supporters for the Italy game , but as long as you dont order Pizza or Lasagna to eat you will be fine .

I'd imagine getting a couple of personalised t shirts before heading over would be advantageous.

'Mr Scone is a personal friend of mine!'

Get that, and let the good times roll.
