    Tim and the hidden people

    Did anyone read these books? I read them in junior school (I'm 40 now) and they were amazing. I wanted to get them for my son but sadly out of print. They are selling for a small fortune on eBay but can't afford them at the minute.

    Have a look on eBay/amazon. Could you justify spending that much cash on some old books?

    Ive just been on Amazon and there is an ex school copy going for 99 quid and its only 34 pages long...
    100 quid seems to be the going rate...

    It's a series chalky, complete sets were going for about 900. These are kids books, some probably only 16 or so pages.

    The one that i randomly clicked on was called The Key,they was all around the one hundred quid mark...

    They must have been good even if they are out of print to command that kind of price...

    It were the ninth gate crack that got me thinking. I still remember them 30+ years later. We used to sneak out of the house at night looking for ghosts. Happy memories. You couldn't do that these days!
