Indeed it is sad , end of an era however I think its the right decision. The cost to employ him against the return and other options needed for our budget make it a sensible decision.

Good luck to him and thanks for the memories.

Its a pity but 100% correct decision unfortunately he has had his injury problems and we cant really afford someone like this i have heard that he is considering going to america as also considered this last year before signing on for another year but its a big decision as has 4 young children and has to weigh up the advantages and disadvantages of it all. Whatever he decides i wish him all the best as has always tried his best for us but unfortunately this year was not as good as previous years and i am sure it frustrated him more than anyone but unfortunately never looked fit this year and that must have played a part in this.

My thoughts exactly. Its the right decision and the club will want to spend the cash freed up in other areas of the squad. Good luck Faddy!

It's the correct thing to do IMO . Good luck to him whatever he does. Who knows maybe some time in the future he may return again, in managerial role,

Echo what everyone else says. Your heart wants wants him to stay but i think it's the correct decision. I hope he has a successful end to his career wherever he ends up.

I actually reckon he'll be back at Fir Park in some capacity eventually - either as a real final hurrah to his playing career or in another role. We'll see...
